Land O Lakes Massage has been part of Lake Padgett since 2002. Nine licensed therapists work here now, each with their own modalities — myofascial release, trigger point work, deep tissue, hot stone, cranial sacral, reflexology, sports and prenatal.
That matters more than it sounds. A practice with one therapist gives you whoever is free. A practice with nine lets you book the person whose training fits the thing that's actually bothering you — and still get in this week.
